Last Summer Outfit {fingers crossed}

Chambray: Gap (similar) | Skirt: J. Crew (on sale!) | Heels: Miu Miu | Clutch: H&M | Necklace: Anthropologie | Watch: Casio

The extended heat wave in Los Angeles does not seem to be going way soon enough.  As I threw on this fun, bright, and lightweight outfit, I immediately wished I were wearing a chunky sweater (preferably in oxblood color), leather pencil skirt, patterned tights, and vintage boots.  Alas, I must continue to stick for summer brights for a bit longer and dream of cooler days.  How are the rest of you enjoying the Fall weather and fashion?

  1. You've got the same feeling I do toward summer outfits…I'm SO ready for summer heat to leave! We're looking at 50s and 60s temps starting tomorrow, but today it's still 80 😛 Hey, at least you get to rock this chic pink skirt one more time :)<3 Cambriajupefashion.blogspot.com

  2. Gosh I totally understand the feeling since I was in LA for the weekend with family. The high temps really made me want to wear summer attire over fall attire. BUT, I can't say that I didn't love the warmer weather compared to the chill I usually have in SF! hah… the grass is always greener on the other side huh? =)Love the hot pink skirt! It's so pretty on you!xo,nancy

  4. We've had an incredible September here in Vancouver as well… I'm not wishing for the sun to go away, though! The rain will come, and then, it won't stop until June next year LOL!Fun heels!Style Lounge
